Subscription Terms
Bitalyze PRO is an auto-renewable subscription. These Subscription Terms explain pricing, your free trial, billing, and how to cancel. They form part of our Terms of Use.
1 Plans & Pricing

Prices are in Philippine Pesos (₱) and may be shown in your local currency, with taxes applied based on your region and the app store’s rules. Prices in other countries are set according to Apple/Google pricing tiers and may differ.
2 Free Trial
- New subscribers get a 3-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial.
- If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and you will be charged the plan price.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
3 Auto-Renewal
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
- The subscription continues at the same price and interval until you cancel.
4 Billing
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. All billing is handled by Apple or Google — we do not process or store your payment details.
5 Manage or Cancel
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep PRO until then.
On iPhone / iPad
Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Bitalyze → Cancel Subscription. (Or open the App Store → your profile → Subscriptions.)
On Android
Open Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Bitalyze → Cancel.
6 Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds are handled under their policies, not directly by us. To request a refund, use Apple’s reportaproblem.apple.com or Google Play’s refund process. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
7 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. If a price increase applies to your plan, we (and the app store) will notify you in advance as required, and where the store requires it, ask for your consent before the new price takes effect. If you don’t accept, you can cancel before renewal.
8 What PRO Unlocks
Bitalyze PRO unlocks premium features, which may include unlimited scans, Smart Compare, the Bitalyze Coach, nutrition-label OCR, the recipe cookbook, and advanced insights. Features may evolve over time as we improve the App.
